This wall piece is an exploration of form and material interaction. The materials I experiment with include plaster, frits, oxides, raw materials such as wollastonite, and sometimes previously melted chunks. No two are ever the same, even with the same combinations, resulting in unique phenomenal effects. The process is equal parts science, alchemy, and serendipity.
